In the latest episode of Bleav in Middle Age Warriors we have a very special guest, Anne Marie Duchene, an expert in mind and body wellness.  In this time of great anxiety, fear and isolation, Anne Marie shares with us some great ideas and tools we can use to help ease the fear. She also wisely talks about how this is  a “physical” isolation…..not really “social” isolation, as we continue to socialize perhaps even more these days. Anne Marie puts this ugly pandemic into more of a form of the planet hitting the “reset” button. We think you’ll walk away after hearing this show feeling perhaps just a little bit better and less uneasy. You can find out more about Anne Marie Duchene and Art of Alignment at www.artofalignment.com
