It’s true that rockstars and regular people do still live on the same planet!  In this episode we talk about some fun fan-interaction stories between audience members and their beloved rock legends.  We discuss the time a fan got to play drums with The Who, when a girl dressed in a walrus costume got to dance on stage with Paul McCartney (that was actually me!), a couple of hilarious fights that took place with fans and Angus Young and Keith Richards.  We also interview David Fishof, the founder of The Rock & Roll Fantasy Camp which is the ultimate fan interaction experience!

Emily Morenz

Emily Morenz, aka Emo, has been a 1960s and 1970s enthusiast since she was 10 years old.  Through this young woman’s collection of about 1,200 records, she is constantly discovering “new” old music to share with the world.  You can occasionally find her spinning her vinyl at rock clubs around Orange County.  Emo has worked at many radio stations, including LA’s 100.3 The Sound, 93.1 Jack FM, 88.5 FM, and now hosts a daily show on OC’s 101.5 KOCI FM where she plays deep cuts from the ‘60s and ‘70s and interviews rock legends (including Robby Krieger, Micky Dolenz, David Crosby, Ian Anderson, and many more).  Emo is also a concert-aholic and has seen almost every classic rock band still kickin’, including Paul McCartney who once brought her up on stage to dance with him while she was wearing a walrus costume.  One thing is certain…Emo’s soul is stuck in 1969 and is never coming back!
