In this episode of the Middle Age Warriors we talk with renowned psychoanalyst, Dr. James Hollis. We discuss why men behave the way they do and the things they could do to make their lives more fulfilling. Turns out there are reasons for the often ill timed mid-life crisis. Dr. Hollis helps us understand why it happens and some ideas for better ways of handling middle age. There’s a lot to talk about here, but I think this is a great beginning for men and women to understand each other a bit better.
