For the first time in its 104th running, the Indianapolis 500 will start its engines in August. For its second 500, the networks of NBC are in the middle of nearly 50 live hours from the facility, which will be hosted for the first time by new owner Roger Penske, an 18-time winner of the Greatest Spectacle in Racing. Hear from NBC’s studio team of Mike Tirico and Danica Patrick, the booth of Leigh Diffey, Townsend Bell and Paul Tracy as well as executive producer Sam Flood and Indianapolis Motor Speedway president Doug Boles.
