Mindful Menu is the simplified way to get dinner on the table fuss-free!  A trio of mothers, wives, and health coaches (teacher, Nurse, and fitness pro) experienced how a little planning could help simplify their own lives. They provide a long-term solution to healthy living in the kitchen.

Services of a Mindful Menu Membership include a suggested weekly meal plan (which can be customized!), auto populated shopping list, weekend prep list, and healthy family tips. The plan also have the ability to save an unlimited number of “favorite” recipes and add additional items to your shopping list. Meals are focused on clean-eating, family-friendly recipes that are friendly and simple. All of the meals serve 4 or 4-6 to make adapting recipes a breeze. You’ll find themed menus and multiple cooking options (slow cooker, grilling, stovetop, etc) as well as seasonally inspired cuisine. The service offers a variety of recipes which indicate whether a meal is gluten free, dairy free or vegetarian. Every week you’ll fine recipes that fit these specific guidelines, and offer occasional suggestions to make the meals diet-specific.  Finally, all recipes include macros to include: calories, fat, carbs, protein, fiber, sugar and sodium.
