He spent 8 years as the lead anchor of Good Day Sacramento, one of the most successful brands in morning television, and as the main morning news anchor for CBS 13 Sacramento. For 12 years, he was a lead anchor for TVG, the nation?s first interactive horse racing network. He was also one of the original cast members on Best Damn Sports Show Period for Fox Sports Net. A graduate of the Groundlings Theatre & School, Ken has appeared in more than two dozen TV series and films, including S.W.A.T., Bruce Almighty, The Onion News Network, and HBO?s True Blood. Ken is also a prolific musician and songwriter, recording and publishing more than 50 songs released under the name ?Mama?s Gravy? and sold to film and TV productions. Ken currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife and son.
