This week’s episode is an embodiment practice for you to drop into the energy of the season…Gratitude. 

When we imprint an energy in our physical body, it creates more space and makes it easier to access within your physical body. 

For this week’s episode, please have a journal and a pen, as well as some space to move around. 

We will start with dropping into the energy of gratitude, following a brief journaling prompt, and then allowing space for movement. 

As you are letting your body move, allow your body to take whatever shape that feels good. Move your body as if you are taking the shape of gratitude and how you would give that energy into the world. 

Release any fears or judgements about what you look like. 

Just drop fully into gratitude and let gratitude move you. 

After your practice, notice how your body feels. How are you more available for love? 

How will you bring this practice into your holiday season? How will you access this energy amongst family, friends, parties, gatherings, etc. 

PRO TIP: Repeat the movement part before you go to any event. Put on your favorite song, move, dance, breathe, express… allow gratitude to move you.
