They start the show talking about why Robs’ career in the watch industry is so unique in the sense that he has fulfilled many different types of roles that not everyone is able to do. They talk about some of the things to avoid and what skills or traits you may need in the watch industry based on their combined experiences, and if you can come up with a “working strategy” or plan when trying to innovate within the industry and create a new product. Ariel asks our English guest to describe his experience in the American cities that he visited and to talk about the culture differences he noticed. They talk about some of the collaborations they have been doing at the Fratello store, why they like to specifically work with special and limited editions, and why they are so selective with who they work with in general. Ariel asks Rob to describe his taste in watches, and Rob talks about how it has changed over the years since working in the industry. To end the show, they talk about the reasons why brands sometimes refuse to take risks, and why we need brands to be bold in the future.
