A never-ending stream of podcasts will tell you how to lift and eat. Many of these podcasts are very good. The reality of fitness content is that it is mainly a distraction and not a source of education. There is a massive disconnect between most content and actual progress. This disconnect is the heart of most of our issues in and out of the gym.
