General manager Ran Carthon and coach Mike Vrabel have been talking about their quarterback and taking a look at some of the top quarterback prospects in the draft. Does their interest in young talent have more to do with Ryan Tannehill or Malik Willis, and what looks likely to happen at this stage of the offseason?
