With everything on the line this past Saturday in Iowa City, the Iowa Hawkeyes couldn’t get the job done! Wow, what started out with the opportunity to become repeat Big Ten west champs, 8th year straight, winners of the Heartland Trophy and sending off this senior class with a victory, all fell terribly short to the than, 3-8 Nebraska Cornhuskers. Now the Hawks will be waiting and watching to see which bowl games will come knocking.
