Rise of the Ronin Gameplay Looks Rough

From the first look at Rise of the Ronin gameplay I thought it looked a little rough. We will be discussing the previews with @whatsnewvideogames and why Rise of the Ronin 60fps isn't even consistently happening according to SkillUp. And it wasn't the only Rise of the Ronin preview that pointed out the rough appearance and performance. Consider this a Rise of the Ronin before you buy video as we look at gameplay, discuss previews, and if we will be buying the game. Rise of Ronin PS5 comes out this week.
