The Xbox Activision deal is heating up as many claiming the CMA approved the deal. When you actually look at the facts of the recent Microsoft Activision Blizzard deal is not quite that simple. The central issue in this recent update is the question of a Call of Duty Xbox exclusive. Jim Ryan and Playstation have been called desperate because of their focus on COD and yet the CMA seems to agree with those concerns as it is pivotal in their provisional findings. Sony Playstation may have a new angle on the deal while Xbox and Phil Spencer won a lot of points with their public and private pushes with Call of Duty contracts.
