Many people start running in an effort to improve their health by losing weight. It’s a misguided impulse that develops from society only showing us one type of body that is a 'runner.' The truth is, any able body can be a runner's body and any body can find movement that gives it joy, overall well-being, and long lasting physical health. It's time to divorce the partnership of movement and looking a certain way.
